At 826 Valencia, interns inspired young readers and learned about storytelling. Workshops hosted by organizations Hugs to Elders and Better for Youth Futures gave interns valuable advice for building passion projects.
Workshops & Passion Projects
NOVA Interns developed a community-focused passion project addressing a topic of their own choosing, culminating in a final presentation. They received guidance from speakers over the course of 2 weeks, improving their storytelling and communication skills.
